Sometimes that means telling you the cheaper option won’t hold, and sometimes it means telling you that you don’t need to tear anything out.

If your slab is structurally sound but stained, worn, dusty or showing its age, you don’t need new concrete. You need a surface built to protect it. The Armor Core System™ is a multi-layer, industrial-grade floor coating that protects the concrete underneath and extends its life.
When outdoor concrete has more wear or visible cracking than a thin coating can cover, but the slab underneath is still solid, resurfacing bridges the gap. Our rubber coating is a polymer resin blended with rubber granules, troweled directly over your existing slab into one seamless, flexible surface.
Some concrete is structurally compromised, heaved beyond leveling, or deteriorated past the point where any surface will stick. Coating it would only put a nice finish on a failing slab. Replacement gives you a clean, properly built foundation, and it pairs with either finish above.
