Rubaroc® is a poured-in-place rubber surfacing system applied to pool decks, patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces. It's a specialized trade skill with strong demand and very few people who know how to do it right.

This is a hands-on outdoor role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow a precise installation process. Experience with Rubaroc® or similar poured rubber surfacing systems is a plus — but we'll train the right candidate from the ground up.

Trowel and finish rubber surfaces to consistent depth, texture, and color

Evaluate concrete condition and identify moisture, cracking, or prep issues before coating
Mix, apply, and manage coatings and materials to manufacturer specifications

Follow Outback's multi-step application process consistently on every job
Interact professionally with homeowners and commercial customers on-site
