Outback Concrete Coatings is a fast-growing concrete services company serving Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and surrounding markets. We're looking for people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that's building something real.
If you show up, work hard, and do the job right — there's a place for you here.
See Open PositionsOutback isn't a door-knocking operation with a truck and a spray gun. We're a full-service concrete company with real systems, real equipment, and real standards. We do the work the right way — and we're growing because of it.
We pay for skill and reliability. If you're good at what you do and you show up, you'll be compensated well for it.
Outback is expanding into new markets and adding new services. The people who join now are the ones who grow with the company.
We invest in the right tools and materials for every job. You'll work with commercial-grade equipment and a crew that takes the work seriously.
We're not looking for people who just need a job. We're looking for people who take pride in what they build and care about doing it right.
Our home base is Fort Wayne, Indiana. Work is local — no long hauls, no living out of a hotel. You go home at the end of the day.
Outback is looking for Rubaroc® rubber surfacing installers to join our crews in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. Rubaroc® is a poured-in-place rubber surfacing system applied to pool decks, patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces. It's a specialized trade skill with strong demand and very few people who know how to do it right.
This is a hands-on outdoor role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow a precise installation process. Experience with Rubaroc® or similar poured rubber surfacing systems is a plus — but we'll train the right candidate from the ground up.
Outback is looking for a concrete coating applicator to join our installation crew. This role is responsible for applying Outback's ArmorCore™ polyurea coating systems on residential and commercial concrete surfaces — primarily garage floors, basements, and interior slabs.
This is a skilled trade position. The work is detail-oriented, process-driven, and directly tied to the finished product the customer sees. We have high standards. Every floor that goes out represents Outback — and we expect it to look and perform like it.
